The 5-Phase Training System
1. Training Foundations
Build strength, confidence, and movement mastery through the 8 primal patterns while learning how to train and recover correctly.
2. Strength Preparation
Address limitations, improve strength ratios, and build structural balance so you can train harder – safely.
3. Advanced Strength
Your performance home base. Most members spend the majority of their time here building strength, durability and physical confidence.
4. Body Composition (Adults)
Targeted fat loss or muscle gain protocols aligned with your metabolism, lifestyle, and recovery capacity.
5. Sports Performance (Athletes)
Speed, agility, and power layered on top of a strong foundation to dominate in-season and off-season.
