Kyle "K-Mac" McGough – Director of Performance & Founder

With over 15 years of experience, Kyle “K-Mac” McGough has dedicated his career to helping athletes and high performers maximize their potential. Holding an MBA in Strategic Management & Organizational Change and a BS in Exercise Physiology, K-Mac blends business strategy, elite sports performance, and cutting-edge training methodologies to create a results-driven training system.
