Strength & Conditioning for Grades 7-12
The Hardbody Athlete strength & conditioning program provides a revolutionary opportunity for athletes to maximize athletic performance and reach their physical potential. With a combination of specifically designed programs based on an in depth performance analysis each athlete we work with is set up for success.
Athletes receive feedback in a 1:4 coach to athlete ratio from a team who’s closely monitoring their ability to develop the physical qualities necessary to compete at an elite level.
With a model based on years of high quality college strength and conditioning experience our athletes will be the most prepared athletes in the room if they plan on competing in higher level athletics.
In addition to weight training our strength and conditioning program includes a major emphasis on game speed development and performance nutrition. Athletes also have access to active recovery sessions as well as applied strongman conditioning to ensure that performance is maximized and injury risk is reduced.
