We learn about your goals, background, schedule, and fit.
Step 3 – 7-Week Mini Internship
Learn the standards, observe the floor, complete assignments, and prove coachability.
Step 4 – 13-Week Summer Internship
Get deeper exposure to the Hardbody training system, assessments, coaching, communication, and program design.
Step 5 – Earn the Opportunity
The best interns may be invited into assistant coach opportunities or kept on the future hire bench.

7-Week Mini Internship

13-Week Summer Internship
