– Review training structure, scheduling, and expectations
– Introduce our coaching style and environment
– Determine whether a MAP Assessment is the next best step

STEP 3: MAP ASSESSMENT – $199.99
Movement & Performance Assessment
This is where coaching begins.
A 90-minute, 1-on-1 assessment where we:
– Evaluate movement quality and limitations
– Establish strength and performance baselines
– Use sports science tools when appropriate
– Identify the root cause of limitations – not just symptoms
Outcome:
Your personalized starting phase, training priorities, and plan of action.
STEP 4: 3-WEEK TRIAL – $119.99 / WEEK
Where every member begins
The 3-Week Trial allows you to experience the Hardbody system before making a long-term decision.
Includes:
– Up to 9 semi-private training sessions
– Coach-led sessions (5:1 max ratio)
– Personalized programming based on your MAP
– Performance tracking
– Lifestyle 160 foundations (sleep, hydration, nutrition, recovery)

Confidence in whether ongoing training is the right next step for you.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL?
After your 3-Week Trial, you’ll meet with a coach to review:
– Progress
– Training response
– Schedule fit
– Long-term goals
From there, you’ll choose the ongoing training option that best fits your life – Commit or Open – with full clarity.

Training Schedule
We offer multiple morning and afternoon sessions Monday-Saturday.
We offer flexible scheduling for your convenience and to optimize consistency to accommodate busy schedules. Booking is first come first serve. We do this to ensure proper coaching ratios and program flow.
Schedule availability is discussed after your discovery call not before.
