Training Schedules for Spring and Summer
Spring Training: February 5 – May 23
- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday sessions at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
- Format: 2-day per week schedule to perfectly complement your academic commitments.
Summer Training: June 3 – August 16
- Schedule: Training options at 11:30 AM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM.
- Format: Flexible 2, 3, and 4-day formats to accelerate your training during the off-season. Note: No training from July 8-12 to accommodate summer breaks.
Program Components
Our programs are structured with a low student-to-coach ratio to ensure personalized attention and detailed monitoring of technique and progression. Here’s what each participant can expect:
- Flexibility: Focus on myofascial release, static stretching, and dynamic flexibility to enhance movement and reduce injury risk.
- Movement Prep: Emphasizes corrective exercise and mobility to ensure full range of motion and movement proficiency.
- Speed: Develops sprint mechanics, change of direction skills, and teaches effective acceleration and deceleration.
- Power: Incorporates both linear and lateral plyometrics and Olympic lifting for comprehensive power development.
- Strength: Utilizes functional multi-joint movements with accommodating resistance and progressive overload.
- Energy Systems: Tailors conditioning specifically to the demands of your sport to ensure you are game-day ready.
Training Options
Sport Performance Program (SPP)
- Frequency & Duration: 2 and 3-day options each week, with 90-minute sessions.
- Age Requirement: Open to athletes aged 12 and older.
- Program Focus: Enhances agility, balance, coordination, and builds foundational strength.
- Additional Benefits: Includes nutritional and supplement guidance tailored to optimize athletic performance.
Advanced Sport Performance Program (ASPP)
- Frequency & Duration: 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday, with 90-minute sessions.
- Age Requirement: Designed for athletes aged 16 and older with at least 3 years of training experience.
- Program Focus: Advanced sport-specific protocols to enhance multidirectional speed, acceleration, power, and task-specific strength.
- Nutritional Guidance: Comprehensive sports nutrition information and personalized supplement advice.
- Technology: Introduces velocity-based training using GymAware technology to provide real-time actionable data to enhance performance metrics.
