The Hardbody 5-Tier Training System
We don’t believe in guessing. Every program is custom-built based on your needs, goals, and performance metrics from your Starting Point Consultation and 1-on-1 MAP Assessment.
1. Training Foundation
We build your strength, confidence, and mastery of the 8 Primal Movements while teaching critical principles of progression and recovery. You’ll be indoctrinated into the system step by step.
2. Strength Preparation
We address dysfunctions, optimize strength ratios, and develop structural balance so you can safely progress into long-term strength development.
3. Advanced Strength
This is your home base. Most clients spend the majority of their training time here—building strength, performance, and physical resilience.
4. Body Composition (Adults)
Targeted fat loss or muscle gain protocols personalized to your metabolism, lifestyle, and goals.
5. Sports Performance (Athletes)
Speed, agility, and power-based protocols layered over your strength foundation to dominate in-season and off-season.
The 13-Week Rhythm
Our year-round system runs on 4 x 13-week training blocks, each designed for maximum progress with built-in accountability and recovery.
- Weeks 1–12: Focused training progression
- Week 13: Regeneration & review
In Week 13, you’ll meet with your coach to evaluate progress, address recovery, and reset your plan for the next 12 weeks. We also encourage soft tissue therapy, recovery sessions, or goal-setting resets during this time.
This rhythm ensures you’re always progressing, never plateauing—and never falling through the cracks.
