  • Frequency: 2 days per week

Summer Session

  • Dates: June 3 – August 16 (No training from July 8-12)
  • Session Times: 3:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM
  • Frequency: Options for 2, 3, or 4 days per week
  • Special Notes: Perfect for intensive off-season training.
