This isn’t your average hockey conditioning camp or generic group workout. It’s a carefully periodized strength system, rooted in the proven methods of Westside Barbell’s Conjugate Method—built to help beginner to intermediate athletes master the foundations of speed, strength, power, and hypertrophy while staying healthy, mobile, and confident.

  • Intensification Phase (intensity & power)
